【Key Duties and Responsibilities】
・Develop a digital marketing plan in line with brand strategies and goals with measurable format.
・Ensure all programs, projects, and campaigns effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization, for continuous learning and improvement.
・Guarantee delivery of new programs, new capabilities, and enhancements across all our paid digital media. Partner with all functions to ensure an optimal combination of design, content, and functionality, aligned to and reflective of our brand, commercial, and digital objectives.
・Utilize relevant digital tools for digital marketing objective and ROI managements.
・Prepare and submit relevant reports on digital marketing activities to Japan/HQ stakeholders.
・Manage SEO, SEM to promote brand engagement.
・Reach target audience by through different schemes for different objectives for branding, traffic, conversions and lead generation.
・Keep brand web pages up to date with content and product information to drive SEO.
・Create and develop digital promotions and campaigns with appropriate KPIs
・Drive digital and e-Commerce campaigns to generate sales.
・Manage external/digital and social media vendors and/or agency coordination efforts.
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Qualification & Skills :
・Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search, social media and SEO, etc.), and web analytics.
・Working knowledge of content management systems, product information management systems, and digital assets management platforms.
・Experience with digital tools, like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mailing tools, etc.
・Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
