• Swati Sharma スワティ　シャルマ

  

  Swati has over ten years of executive search experience in India and Japan. She enjoys the exposure and learning that comes along with each job, and interacting first-hand with industry leaders, but most of all – the satisfaction of helping clients find the right fit and finding that perfect job for candidates is what keeps her going. She spent eight years in India in executive search focused on Infrastructure, Banking & Real Estate sectors.  She moved to Japan in 2017 and is now part of the KMF team assisting clients on Finance and HR hiring. Swati graduated from Delhi School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Sociology. She enjoys travelling, and learning about different cultures.

  Mervyn is a highly experienced recruitment consultant specializing in technology, with strengths in software and web development, as well as infrastructure. He brings a track recordin placing mid to executive level candidates across not only tech vendors but also commercial companies’ technology divisions. Venture companies are exciting projects for him, as he has successfully introduced entire teams from scratch. A crucial factor that has contributed to Mervyn’s success is that he always makes sure he is updated on the latest emerging technology so that he can stay one step ahead in forecasting key technologies and positions which will likely trend in the future. He is also passionate and considers himself an expert in PC & mobile repair and modification
