Reporting into the Regional Finance team, manage the local accounting and finance function in Japan. The incumbent is responsible for the following: ■Business Partnering ■Team and People Management ■Finance and Accounting Technical Delivery |
| お求められる能力 |
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with 3+ years solid management experience • Robust working knowledge of local Japanese statutory accounting standards and tax regulations with familiarity of US GAAP accounting rules • Proven track record of leadership and management experience of finance team • Communicate effectively with local Japan team, regional and global finance teams and business partners internally and externally • Broad-based work experience across multiple finance functions in MNC environment with sensitivity of cultural diversity PREFERRED • Solid experience in managing finance or business project locally AN ADVANTAGE • Ability to work independently and think critically on finance and business issues • Strong in analytical and problem solving skills, and strong business acumen • Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, well-organized, and time-management skills • Knowledge and experience in using SAP accounting system A PLUS • Strong verbal and written communication in English A MUST • Periodic travels required |
