仕事内容 |
■ Define sales budget with Brand Director ■ Develop and manage the distribution portfolio and key accounts ■ Partner with Distributors and Key Accounts on new locations & site planning in existing markets, making sure the “brand presence” aligned with corporate brand guideline ■ Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement for ensuring sales targets ■ Plan and develop sales strategy to deliver company's objectives ■ discovering new business opportunities and sales channels to increase brand awareness ■ Develop sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales, product launch , analyses and monitor market trends ■ Work closely with marketing team to develop new business models and channels to build brand image ■ Conduct regular reports including demand changes, competition and customer feedback ■ Conduct regular training/ product briefing to distributors and key customers to enhance their knowledge and selling skills ■ Sustains rapport with all accounts by making periodic visits and anticipating new opportunities ■ Keep good relationship with business partner and client ■ Attend trade show in overseas ■ Direct report to Brand Director |
お求められる能力 |
■ University graduates ■ Minimum 5 year' experience in watch ■ Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ■ Result-driven, analytical and a challenge seeker; ■ Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills; ■ Basic English. Native Japanese ■ Good problem solving, planning, presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills ■ Open-minded and pro-active with a flexible mind |
